Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Richard Dinin has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Dinin was suspended from the practice of law for 18 months by a court order dated July 2, 2020, as a result of conduct involving the filing of frivolous claims for damages under the Florida Civil Rights Act without exhausting administrative remedies. Additionally, the trial court in those civil proceedings found that Dinin had submitted excessive and unverifiable billings, initially misrepresented his qualifications to the court in order to justify his billings, and split his fees with his client.

Any persons having knowledge bearing upon Dinin’s fitness or qualifications to resume the practice of law should contact Arlene Kalish Sankel, Chief Branch Discipline Counsel, at asankel@floridabar.org.
