As part of the Agency Open House Series, the Florida Department of Transportation is hosting a CLE  on the federal and state regulatory framework for developing electric vehicle (EV) charging station infrastructure and presents FDOT’s EV Infrastructure Deployment Plan.

The October 31 is set for 1 to 4:25 p.m. and the FDOT Haydon Burns Auditorium at 605 Suwannee Street in Tallahassee.

Administrative law judges will hold multiple panel discussions on topics including recent developments in rule challenges, judicial deference, DOAH’s alternative dispute resolution program, practice before DOAH, and conflicts with opposing counsel.
