Through the efforts of the Administrative Law Section, various state agencies will be hosting “Agency Open Houses” throughout the year to inform people about their services and related legal matters.

These open houses are open to the public and approved for CLE credit. There is no charge.

On March 2 from 1 to 5 p.m., the Department of Management Services will host an open house focused on administrative law, in cooperation with the Division of Administrative Hearings. DMS employees will provide information about the department’s many services and practice areas. DOAH administrative law judges will present information about recent developments at DOAH, ethical considerations, and motion practice.
