Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Jennifer E. Daley of Ft. Lauderdale has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

On February 4, 2021, Daley was suspended for 91 days for making false statements to opposing counsel, failing to disclose material facts, and obstructing opposing counsel’s access to evidence. Daley also acted in bad faith in violation of 28 U.S.C. §1927.
