The Supreme Court has agreed to expand the original 90 minutes it scheduled to hear oral arguments later this week in a groundbreaking rules petition by its Workgroup on Improved Resolution of Civil Case.

Sixty minutes of the oral argument shall be awarded to the proponents and ninety minutes shall be awarded to the commentors who have requested to be heard.”
