The state of Florida’s judiciary is “great,” but judges will have to work harder to maintain the public’s trust and confidence, warned Chief Justice Carlos Muñiz.
Addressing hundreds of lawyers and judges gathered in a Boca Raton ballroom for the 2023 Annual Florida Bar Convention Judicial Luncheon, Muñiz pronounced the recent legislative session, and the implementation of the new Sixth District Court of Appeal, unqualified successes.
