Florida lawyers should be on the lookout for an email from The Florida Bar sent January 19 asking how they would like to cast their ballots in the upcoming 2022 Florida Bar election process.

The email will come from Election Services Corporation, which administers The Florida Bar’s elections, with the subject line “Select Now – eBallot Option for The Florida Bar Elections.” Members will receive a reminder email today from Election Services Corporation.

On the ballot this year is a race for Bar president-elect between Lorna Brown-Burton of Ft. Lauderdale and Scott Westheimer of Sarasota; one Board of Governors contest in the 10th Circuit between incumbent C. Richard Nail and Victor R. Smith and one in the 17th Circuit between William “Bill” Gelin and incumbent Jay Kim; and one 20th Circuit race for a seat on the Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors between Joseph Coleman and Francesca Passidomo.
