Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10(b), Kevin Keenan Chase of Casselberry has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Chase was held in contempt of the court’s August 24, 2017, order and suspended for 91 days, effective 30 days after the September 25, 2018. Subsequently, and prior to being reinstated, Chase was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year by an order of the Supreme Court dated November 12, 2020, effective immediately, for violation of the following Rules Regulating The Florida Bar: Rule 3-4.3 (Misconduct and Minor Misconduct); Rule 3-4.4 (Criminal Misconduct); Rule 4- 3.4(c) (Fairness to Opposing Party and Counsel – knowingly disobey an obligation under the rules of a tribunal); Rule 4-8.4(b) (Misconduct – commission of a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects) and

Rule 4-8.4(d) (Misconduct – conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice).
