Bill would shield the identities of those involved in manufacturing and preparing the state’s death penalty drug cocktail

A proposal to extend the shroud of secrecy surrounding executions to suppliers of the lethal drug cocktail is headed to the Senate floor.

The Senate Rules Committee voted 9-6 on February 15 to approve SB 1204 by Sen. Doug Broxson, R-Pensacola.
