A Senate panel on Tuesday voted unanimously to approve a public records exemption that is designed to protect Florida circuit court clerks and their deputies.
The Judiciary Committee voted 9-0 to approve SB 1176 by committee Chair Clay Yarborough, R-Jacksonville.
