Florida law would authorize remote attendance at certain juvenile court and dependency proceedings under a measure that is moving through the Florida Legislature.

The House Judiciary Committee voted 15-0 on April 11 to approve HB 1571 by Rep. David Silvers, D-West Palm Beach.
