Making death threats against justices, judicial assistants, court clerks and court clerk personnel — and their respective family members — would be a misdemeanor under a proposal that is headed to the Senate Floor.
The Fiscal Policy Committee voted overwhelmingly on April 25 to approve SB 174 by Sen. Tina Polsky, D-Boca Raton.
