Beginning Saturday, August 20, users filing case initiating documents in a circuit civil, county civil, or small claims action through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal will be required to make a designation noting whether the submission contains a “Notice of Confidentiality,” a “Motion to Determine Confidentiality,” or no confidential information, according to the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority.

This action is the result of the recent order in Case No.: 4:22cv106-MW/MAF.
