Navigation Bar’s Ft. Lauderdale office is in need of volunteer inventory lawyers
The Ft. Lauderdale office of The Florida Bar is requesting volunteer attorneys to assist in handling inventory proceedings concerning deceased attorneys.
Inventory attorneys are reimbursed by The Florida Bar for out of pocket costs only. Inventory attorneys are currently being sought for the following matters:
An attorney who practiced in Ft. Lauderdale passed away in 2019. There are numerous unclaimed original wills. The inventory attorney would need to attempt to locate the owners of such wills.
