Bar exam now set for October 13; first 63 applicants for a supervised legal practice program approved
Already harshly tested by the COVID-19 pandemic, the next generation of Florida lawyers is now preparing for an October 13 virtual bar exam after the health crisis and technical difficulties forced repeated delays.
Meanwhile, on August 28, the Florida Board of Bar Examiners approved the first 63 applicants for a supervised legal practice program for the summer bar exam applicants.
On August 17, the Bar Examiners postponed an exam that was scheduled for August 19 when it was determined that “administering a secure and reliable remote bar examination in August was not technically feasible.”
