Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Bryon R. Aven of Lithia has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement

Aven was suspended from the practice of law for two years by an order of the Supreme Court dated September 14, 2023, effective October 21, 2023. Aven was suspended because while employed as an assistant state attorney, he engaged in prosecutorial misconduct by eliciting and bolstering false testimony from several witnesses during a criminal trial which resulted in the dismissal of the criminal charges.
