As Hurricane Ian ravishes the Florida Peninsula, first responders, utility workers, and recovery crews are hard at work planning their response to the catastrophic impacts in the wake of the storm.

With widespread property damage, loss of power, and displacement, storm-affected residents are facing a bevy of legal questions without a lot of answers. The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division has recognized this need and stands ready to assist low-income Floridians during the clean-up.
