Voters retained all five Florida Supreme Court justices as well as all 28 district court of appeal judges up for retention on the November 8 general election ballot and they also settled runoffs in three circuit and eight county court judicial races.

At the Supreme Court, Justices Charles Canady, John Couriel, Jamie Grosshans, Jorge Labarga, and Ricky Polston were all retained garnering more than 60% of the “yes” vote. Each polled more than 4 million “yes” votes.

Voting in the district court of appeal retention races followed the pattern of recent elections. All the judges were retained by comfortable margins.
