Navigation Appellate Case Management System maintenance December 10 will require password reset for all users
An update next week to the Florida Appellate Case Management System (ACIS) will result in the service being unavailable for a short time and require all registered users to re-enter a new password, according to the Office of the State Courts Administrator.
OSCA says ACIS will undergo scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, December 10, beginning at 6:30 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. The maintenance window is expected to last approximately 90 minutes, during which time the Appellate Case Management System will not be available.
Once the maintenance is complete, all registered ACIS users will be required to reset their password before logging back into the system. An instructional video is available to assist users with this process and can be accessed online.
