Lavender Kaikainahaole, as administrator of the estate of Cory Kaikainahaole, filed the lawsuit in federal court against Carnival Corporation. The lawsuit alleges that Carnival failed to provide competent medical care and facilities on their cruise ship, the Carnival Radiance.
