Woman files racial discrimination lawsuit against FedEx

A Black woman has filed a racial discrimination lawsuit against FedEx. Antwoneisha Barber filed her complaint in federal court against Federal Express Corporation.  According to the complaint, Barber was hired as a night shift package handler in March 2021. She says supervisor Claudia Lopez seemed to have issues with her almost immediately.

Federal judge dismisses free-speech lawsuit filed by Disney against DeSantis
