Speaker Paul Renner Florida Senate President Paul Renner says his chamber will not pursue judicial circuit consolidations this coming legislative session. After the Florida Supreme Court released its December 21 ruling, In Re: Judicial Circuit Assessment, No. SC2023-1708, recommending that the Legislature not consolidate judicial circuits, Renner’s office released this statement:
