Legislation aims to ensure court orders reach law enforcement quicker
Rep. Richard Gentry A House panel on Thursday approved a measure that would require court clerks to electronically transmit protective and other court orders to law enforcement within six hours. The House Criminal Justice Subcommittee voted 15-0 to approve HB 513 by Republican Rep. Richard Gentry, a retired DeBary attorney.
