Navigation 40th Annual View from the Bench Family Law Seminar set for the Historic Miami Dade Courthouse
Dade Legal Aid will celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the View from the Bench Family Law Seminar on Friday, November 21, at the Miami Dade County Courthouse.
This long-standing seminar is presented by Kornreich & Associates in Miami and held in conjunction with the 11th Judicial Circuit Family Division, Legal Aid, and First Family Law American Inn of Court. The seminar brings together judges, attorneys, and legal professionals to discuss issues and trending topics in family law, highlighting the need for more attorneys in the circuit to accept pro bono family cases. The seminar provides training for attorneys, most of whom will agree to accept a new pro bono family or guardian ad litem case, in exchange for free continuing legal education credits.
The event features presentations by members of the Family Division of the 11th Judicial Circuit. Gerald Kornreich has served as the seminar’s founder, moderator, and organizer for the past four decades.
