Government Lawyers

Many young attorneys cut their teeth working for state agencies. And most of them leave because they cannot financially afford to continue the work. The solution to the government attorney shortage is not to allow out-of-state attorneys to waive in and take these jobs. The solution is to pay the well-qualified attorneys who are already in these positions more, so that they can afford to keep doing the work.
