Navigation 19th Circuit accepting applications to fill two judicial vacancies
As the result of the resignation of 19th Circuit Court Judge Lawrence M. Mirman and the additional seat created pursuant to SB 2508, the 19th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission it is accepting applications for two vacancies on the circuit bench.
Applications must be received no later than 5 p.m., Eastern, on Friday, October 3. Applications shall be delivered to each individual commissioner pursuant to the instructions set forth in this notice. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered. All applicants must have been members of The Florida Bar for at least five years at the time of submitting their application, electors of the State of Florida, and a resident within the 19th Circuit Court before taking office.
