The University of Miami Law Review is accepting article submissions for its upcoming issue focused exclusively on developments in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
This annual edition aims to provide judges, scholars, and legal practitioners with insight into recent decisions and legal trends within the circuit. Articles may address federal or state legal issues arising in the 11th Circuit’s jurisdiction.
The issue will feature a forward authored by a distinguished scholar or sitting judge, and the editors hope to include a broad range of perspectives from across the legal community.
