Navigation Joseph J. Pappacoda petitions for Bar readmission
Joseph J. Pappacoda of Hollywood was subject to the disciplinary revocation of his license to the practice of law in Florida pursuant to the Supreme Court’s Order of SC18-277 dated April 19, 2018. Disciplinary revocation is tantamount to disbarment.
Pappacoda’s petition for Disciplinary Revocation occurred after allegations of unauthorized transfer of trust funds. He has submitted an application for readmission to The Florida Bar.
The Florida Board of Bar Examiners will conduct a public hearing on Pappacoda’s application for readmission. All members of the Bar are invited to write to the board regarding their knowledge of this applicant, particularly in relation to his character and fitness for readmission to The Florida Bar.
