Jeremy Alters of Golden Beach was disbarred from the practice of law in Florida pursuant to the Supreme Court’s Order dated November 21, 2018, in case SC14-100, where the court found Alters engaged in dishonest and deceitful conduct by using one client’s funds to pay obligations he owed another client.

Alters has submitted an application for readmission to The Florida Bar. The Florida Board of Bar Examiners will conduct a public hearing on Alters’ application for readmission. All members of the Bar are invited to write to the board regarding their knowledge of Alters, particularly in relation to his character and fitness for readmission to The Florida Bar.
