Navigation Statewide court records system may open to lawyers by 2026

The Comprehensive Case Information System — a statewide platform used by the judiciary, law enforcement, and state agencies — could become available to attorneys as early as mid-2026, according to the Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers.
In addition to information maintained by circuit court clerks, the Comprehensive Case Information System (CCIS) interfaces with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement criminal history records, inmate data from the Department of Corrections, and driver license information from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
