The House voted unanimously Tuesday to grant final legislative approval to a Judicial Management Council workgroup’s proposal to strengthen Florida’s “vexatious litigant” law.

The House voted 115-0 to approve SB 1652, a public records exemption by Republican Sen. Erin Grall, a Vero Beach attorney.
