Former ABA President Martha Barnett, from the left, former Florida Bar President Kelly Overstreet Johnson, Judge Heather Pinder Rodriguez, and newly sworn-in NAWL President Gigi Rollini of Tallahassee. Rollini says the photo symbolizes the power of mentoring as Barnett and Johnson “have been champions” of her work with women lawyers associations throughout her career, including in her roles as president of the Tallahassee Women Lawyers and Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Rollini said Judge Pinder-Rodriguez, who swore her in, took her to her first woman lawyers meeting when she was a summer associate with the Holland & Knight in Orlando.

Tallahassee’s Gigi Rollini, managing partner of Florida Government Law Partners, was ceremonially installed as the 98th president of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) on February 12 in Orlando.

Rollini, who has been a committed advocate for women lawyers throughout her career, takes on the leadership role after years of service on the NAWL Board of Directors, where she made significant contributions, including establishing the Advocacy Committee.
