Gov. Ron DeSantis has requested that the Seventh Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission convene for the purpose of selecting and submitting a list of  qualified lawyers for appointment to the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court, that includes Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia counties.

This appointment will fill a vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Matthew Foxman.

The Seventh Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission shall accept applications. The deadline to apply is 5 p.m., EST, on Monday, February 10. The interview date and location will be published by separate notice.
