The Trial Lawyers Section will hold its 2025 Civil Trial Update & Board Certification Review in Tampa at the Hotel Haya on February 6 and 7.

The two-day seminar will focus on civil trial and business litigation and is targeted to civil litigators, business litigators, those preparing for board certification, judges, magistrates, arbitrators, and legal professionals seeking to elevate their practice.

Topics will include trial skills, including opening and closing statements, voir dire strategies, preserving the record for appeal, electronic discovery, and recent updates relevant to everyday practice for civil and business litigators.
