Heather Guarch of Winter Park to serve as judge on the Orange County Court
Guarch has served as a regional legal advisor for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement since 2018. Previously, she served as an assistant state attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and her juris doctor from the University of Baltimore. Guarch fills the judicial vacancy created by the enactment of HB 5401.
