The fourth and final lactation space in Palm Beach County’s courthouses is now open.
On September 10, 15th Circuit Chief Judge Glenn Kelley, along the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers members, local judges and Rep. Ashley Gantt D-Miami, celebrated the accomplishment. Gantt was the House co-sponsor, along with Sen. Lori Berman, D-Boynton Beach, who secured passage of the lactation bill in 2023. The other three courthouse lactation spaces located in the West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, and Belle Glade were inaugurated back in 2017, 2019, and 2023 respectively.
