Becker is providing pro bono construction law services for development and renovation of the Christian Service Center (CSC) property in the historic Parramore District in Orlando.

Through national nonprofit Building for Good, Becker has been tapped to provide these services to the CSC for its design-build agreement between the CSC and Batia Construction.

The CSC has been awarded a $5 million grant from the City of Orlando to renovate its day services facilities to allow unsheltered homeless an opportunity to receive a meal, to care for themselves and their possessions, and to rest in a safe environment. The City of Orlando’s Accelerate Orlando Project is providing funds to help alleviate the impact of homelessness throughout the city.
