Florida workgroup invites input on streamlining uncontested probate proceedings
Recognizing the unique and multidisciplinary nature of estate administration, the Workgroup on Uncontested Probate Proceedings is hosting a public meeting September 11 to obtain feedback from probate practitioners and interest groups.
