A local resident has taken legal action against a prominent community association, alleging negligence that led to severe personal injuries. Rochelle Lieberman filed a complaint on July 26, 2024, in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, against Indian Spring Master Association, Inc.

According to the complaint, Lieberman claims that on February 26, 2023, she was a guest at the property managed by Indian Spring Master Association located at El Clair Ranch Road and Westbourne Drive S in Boynton Beach. During her visit, she tripped and fell due to a defective and uneven sidewalk on the premises. The plaintiff asserts that this hazardous condition caused her significant injuries.

Lieberman’s lawsuit alleges that Indian Spring Master Association had either actual or constructive notice of the dangerous sidewalk but failed to address it adequately. “At all times material hereto,” the complaint states, “the existence of the defective and uneven sidewalk created an unreasonably dangerous and unsafe condition.” The plaintiff argues that the association breached its duty to maintain safe premises and failed to warn guests of latent dangers.
