Miami-Dade Bar releases its judicial poll
The Miami-Dade Bar (MDB) this week released the results of its 2024 Judicial Poll, where it asked attorneys across the county to provide feedback regarding the judiciary.
The poll, open to all practicing lawyers regardless of their membership status with the voluntary bar association, allowed participants to rank sitting judges on a three-tier scale ranging from: “Exceptionally Qualified,” “Qualified,” to “Unqualified.” Lawyers also had the option to select that they had “No Opinion” of a particular judge.
The poll inquired about 49 individuals, including current 11th Circuit Court judges, Miami-Dade County Court judges, and candidates running for judge in this election cycle.
