The Third Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission announces that the deadline for submitting applications for the one (1) Columbia County Court vacancy created by the enactment of HB 5401 has passed. The Commission has received several applications for such judgeship and will conduct interviews of all the applicants. The interviews will be conducted July 29, 2024 at the Columbia County Courthouse, 173 NE Hernando Ave, Lake City, FL 32055. (The applicants will need to ask for the room number upon arrival and so may wish to arrive early.) The names of each applicant and the time of the applicant’s interview are as follows:
