Fred Karlinsky

Fred Karlinsky of Ft. Lauderdale was elected president of the Florida Supreme Court Historical Society during the organization’s board meeting at the Annual Florida Bar Convention on June 20.

Karlinsky has served on the Historical Society’s board since 2021. A shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Ft. Lauderdale and Tallahassee offices, Karlinsky has more than 30 years of experience representing insurance companies, reinsurers, and a wide array of related entities on regulatory, transactional, corporate, and governmental affairs matters. He currently chairs the Florida Supreme Court Judicial Nominating Commission. Additionally, he is an adjunct professor at Florida State University College of Law, where he chairs the Board of Visitors.
