A Texas woman says she was sexually assaulted by a crew member while on a Celebrity Cruise.

The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, filed the complaint in federal court against Celebrity Cruises Inc.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff, who lives in Denton County, was attacked May 31, 2023, aboard the Celebrity Eclipse. Despite Celebrity Cruises’ public commitment to safety and security for its guests and crew members, she says she was victimized because of inadequate supervision and monitoring.
