Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers Monday highlighted the passage of its priority legislation that will help stabilize revenue sources for court-related services, provide flexibility for improving court-related technology, and create a driver license reinstatement pilot program in Miami-Dade County.

The legislation, sponsored by Rep. Adam Botana, R-Bonita Springs, and Sen. Travis Hutson, R-Palm Coast, is now off to Gov. Ron DeSantis for consideration to be signed into law.
