A Florida man has sued Carnival Cruise Lines after he was kicked by a donkey during a stop at Grand Turk.

Daniel Goldston filed his complaint in U.S. District Court against Carnival Corporation.

According to the complaint, Goldston purchased a ticket for a cruise on Carnival’s Mardi Gras ship. Part of the cruise itinerary was a stop in Grand Turk in Turks and Caicos. It says Carnival built, owned, operated and managed the cruise terminal in Grand Turk.
