The Legislature has agreed to expand exceptions to grand jury secrecy after victims accused a former prosecutor of mishandling a 2006 case against Jeffrey Epstein.

The Senate took up and passed HB 117 February 21 by a vote of 37-0. The House approved the measure 119-0 on February 15.
