Alan LeBou Carner of Ft. Lauderdale has petitioned for Bar readmission.

Carner was subject to the disciplinary revocation of his license to the practice of law in Florida pursuant to Supreme Court Order SC16-1928, dated January 5, 2017. Disciplinary revocation is tantamount to disbarment. Carner’s uncontested disciplinary revocation occurred after allegations of misappropriating client funds.

Carner has submitted an application for readmission to The Florida Bar. The Florida Board of Bar Examiners will conduct a public hearing on Carner’s application for readmission. All members of the Bar are invited to write to the board regarding their knowledge of Carner, particularly in relation to his character and fitness for readmission.
