A California woman says a massage she had on a Carnival cruise vacation resulted in injuries so severe she required surgery.

Monica Scullion filed her lawsuit in federal court against Carnival Corporation, One Spa World LLC and One Spa World (Bahamas) Ltd.

According to the complaint, Scullion was a passenger aboard the Carnival Radiance on January 24, 2023, when she went to the spa to receive her massage.
