‘Alternate headquarters’ for DCA judges moves in the House
Rep. Patt Maney
A measure that would make it easier for district court of appeal judges to establish “alternate headquarters” is headed to the House floor.
The House Judiciary Committee voted 21-0 on Tuesday to approve HB 353 by Republican Rep. Patt Maney, a retired Okaloosa judge. It passed with little discussion and no debate.
