A couple claims Norwegian Cruise Lines provided false, misleading, and inaccurate information regarding travel document requirements for their cruise vacation.

Steven and Deborah Schmidt, who live in Florida, filed their complaint in federal court against NCL.

According to the complaint, the couple purchased a cruise aboard the Norwegian Spirit starting January 27, 2023, in Auckland, New Zealand and concluding February 8, 2023, in Sydney, Australia. They claim NCL provided misleading information about necessary travel documents via correspondence in December 2022 and January 2023.
